Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to interact with customers to provide information about products and services. It also covers handling of customer’s complaints, inbound customer service, order taking and inquiry response handling, and outbound telemarketing.
Core competencies:

c. Demonstrate ability to effectively engage customers
Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to transcribe dictated recordings made by physician and other health care professionals and transcribe them into medical reports.

NTU TI is a registered Assessment Center for Medical Transcription NC II since 2016. This means that NTU TI will assess all graduates of the said training program from the different TVIs around the region.
